1. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled by the Customer Once Confirmed
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. There is no self-service or on-request cancellation window after confirmation, including before dispatch. Please review your cart, delivery address and product selection carefully before completing payment.
This does not affect your rights in respect of a wrong, damaged or defective item on delivery, or an eligible return, exchange or refund — see our Refund Policy for those situations.
2. Cancellation by Siytara
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any stage and at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: stock of the ordered product is unavailable; there is an error in the product's listed price, description or specifications; we are unable to verify or reach the customer using the contact details provided; we suspect fraudulent, abusive or bulk-purchasing activity; or the delivery address falls outside the areas serviced by our logistics partners.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been made, the entire amount paid is refunded in full, without deduction, to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Refund Timeline for Company-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds for orders cancelled by us are initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of the cancellation. The credit ordinarily reflects in your account within five (5) to seven (7) business days thereafter, though the exact timeline depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. See Section 3 of our Refund Policy for full detail on how refunds are processed.
4. Questions About a Cancelled Order
If your order has been cancelled by us and you have questions, raise a support ticket from our Contact page quoting your Order ID, or write to us with your Order ID. Our support team replies within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right or remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law, including in respect of an order that is not delivered within a reasonable time or is materially deficient. Where this policy is inconsistent with such a right, your statutory right prevails. See our Terms & Conditions for our Grievance Redressal Team's contact details.
